Why:

A marketing agency's Paid Media team was tasked with developing strategic Paid Media campaigns for a healthcare company. Unfortunately, they lacked industry expertise, audience nuances, and terminology.

The Result:

After this solution was created, not only was the team more prepared to deliver a successful campaign, the client was better aligned with the reasoning behind our recommendations. It really took the output from average to exceptional.

What:

A multi-agent workflow built on the Anthropic API that assembles a virtual council of expert advisors — each with a distinct role and perspective — to deliver structured, multi-dimensional analysis on complex strategic decisions.

Why:

I wanted to explore how multi-agent AI architectures could produce richer strategic thinking than single-prompt approaches. The hypothesis: diverse simulated perspectives surface blind spots that a single AI voice misses.

The Result:

The Council consistently produces more nuanced, balanced recommendations by surfacing tension between perspectives. It's become a personal thinking tool I use before acting on high-stakes decisions.
